The Maze challenges teams to find their way through uncertainty by experimenting, learning from mistakes, and supporting one another. This hands-on activity builds a culture of trust, resilience, and self-organization in the face of the unknown.

This product is in stock and ready to ship.

Participants must work together to navigate an invisible maze. Only one correct path exists, hidden on a grid of squares laid out on the floor.

After a short planning period where they can talk freely, the team must complete the challenge in silence—with just 20 minutes to succeed. Players take turns stepping onto squares, testing different paths. A whistle signals a wrong step.

Mistakes are part of the learning process, but repeating the same mistake is costly. Each time a player steps onto a previously failed square, the team loses 1,000 ‘Metalogs’ from their total of 10,000.

Success depends on experimentation, quick learning, and team support—turning failures into the fuel for finding the way forward.
