Image cards are spread out on a table or on the floor. Participants take turns selecting a card to express an idea, a perspective, or a feeling.

EmotionCards can be used in many ways—from light icebreakers to deeper reflections. Participants might choose a card to introduce themselves, share how they’re feeling in the moment, reflect on an experience, address a sensitive issue, or articulate a challenge or goal. By connecting emotions to images, participants find new ways to express themselves and deepen dialogue within the group.
