Team² challenges participants to break out of silos and succeed together. With physical boundaries in place and no talking allowed, individuals must learn to share resources, sacrifice personal wins, and focus on the bigger picture. Otherwise, the whole team stays stuck.

This product is in stock and ready to ship.

Participants sit around a table with defined individual work areas, marked off with tape, and a shared space in the center. Each participant must use three plastic pieces to build a square—but they can’t speak, take pieces from others, or reach across workspaces. They can only give pieces into the shared center.

At first, some participants quickly complete their squares — unaware that they’ve taken pieces others need. Others get stuck, unable to move forward. While there are many ways to build a square individually, there’s only one way for everyone to succeed together.

Progress requires participants to notice when others need help, break apart their own finished work, and offer critical pieces—even without being asked.

Team² reveals how physical and psychological silos block collaboration, and how shifting from “my win” to “our win” unlocks collective success.
