Corridor of Colors

Charting a Course Together

$585.00

Corridor of Colors challenges teams to reach a destination without a clear roadmap. Participants must move through a maze by following a specific color sequence, but only after they determine the correct sequence. The right direction emerges through iteration, adaptation and shared learning.

A team must work together to find its way through a color maze within a set time limit. There are two possible routes governed by two unique color sequences and participants must plan and experiment until they find the correct version of each route.

Version A is a three-color pattern that requires solid communication and problem-solving skills. It comes with a quick two-color exercise that serves as a good warm up and introduction to the activity.

Version B is a real challenge because nothing the team has learned so far is helpful. This time, there are four colors in the sequence, but they are not revealed in advance and the team must deduce the correct pattern before they can enter the maze. Their only clues are symbol cards and site plans that are divided among the participants, and they may not show these resources to each other – only verbal communication is allowed. This complexity requires a high level of concentration, teamwork and process improvement.
