StackMan challenges teams to rebuild a structure under extreme time pressure—revealing how essential clear roles, solid planning, and precise communication are for success. Participants quickly discover that without a process, even simple tasks can become nearly impossible.

The group starts by assembling a structure using interlocking wooden boards, following a simple instruction sheet. Once the structure is complete, the real challenge begins: the team must rebuild it—without instructions and without letting go of their boards—in under one minute. Every participant must contribute by placing at least one element.

At first, teams can study blueprints and even use post-it notes to plan. But during the rebuild, only their memory, coordination, and planning matter. Success demands a shared strategy, clearly defined roles, and flawless timing.

Who will lead? Who will place which pieces? How will the team adapt when the pressure is on?

With the right process, some teams can rebuild StackMan in less than 20 seconds — turning confusion into precision under extreme time pressure.
