SysTeam challenges teams to manage interdependence, risk, and adapting under pressure. As every move shifts the system, success depends on clear communication, shared awareness, and precise teamwork to keep everything balanced.

SysTeam challenges small groups to remove wooden figurines from a round plate balanced on a pedestal without tipping it over. As each figurine is removed, the plate shifts, and teams must wait for it to re-stabilize before continuing.

Each team pairs a “speaker” with a blindfolded “grabber.” The speaker must guide their teammate’s hand using only verbal instructions without touching the grabber, the figurines, or the plate. Every move demands clear communication, precise action, and shared trust.

As the balance shifts, the team must constantly adapt—working together to complete the task one careful move at a time.
