Pipeline is a fast-paced teamwork challenge where scarce resources, constant coordination, and clear communication are the keys to success. Participants experience firsthand how improving existing processes can make the difference between failure and flow.

This product is in stock and ready to ship.

Participants must work together to transport a small ball from start to finish—using only half-pipe sections they hold in place. The ball must stay in motion, always rolling forward, and may never be touched. If it stops, rolls backward, or falls, the team must start over.

To make things harder, there are fewer half-pipes than participants. Some must run ahead to extend the pipeline, while others support the ball’s movement behind them. Constant coordination, split-second timing, and full engagement are critical to success.

The difficulty can be increased by adding more participants or by lengthening the distance the ball must travel—testing the team’s ability to adapt under pressure.
